පරාගනයට පෙර

මැක්‍රො කියන්නෙ මල් විතරක්ද කියල කෙනෙක්ට හිතෙන්න පුළුවන් මගෙ මේ බ්ලොග් එක දිහා බැලුවාම. ඒ තරමට මේකෙ තියෙන්නෙ මල් නිසා. ඒත් මල් වල තරම් ලස්සනක් මැක්‍රො ලෝකයෙ වෙන කොහෙවත් තියනව කියල මට හිතෙන්නෙ නෑ.......  ඒ පාට, හැඩ අති දක්ෂ චිත්‍ර ශිල්පියෙක්ටවත් අඳින්න බැරි වෙයි ලේසියෙන්.
මේ මලේ නම මම හරියටම දන්නෙ නෑ. මිදුලෙ ඇවිදින ගමන් දැකපු මලක්....... ඊලඟ පරම්පරාව බිහි කරන්න සූදානමින් ඉන්න පරාග කිහිපයත් එක්ක මේ රතු , තැඹිලි කහ පාට වල මිශ්‍රණය ලස්සනට පෙනෙනව.

මේ පෝස්ට් එකත් එක්ක බ්ලොග් එකේ නම වෙනස් කරන්න හිතුව. මොකද කලින් තිබුණ නම ටිකක් බරපතල වැඩියි වගේ.......

Someone who peeps in to this blog may get the wrong idea that macro photography is only about capturing flowers. There is no wonder of it, because almost all the posts of this blog contain parts of flowers.

I’m not very certain regarding the reason that drives me to capture flowers with my macro lens, most of the time.  Nevertheless there is something I believe thoroughly. That is no creation on earth which is as beautiful and unique as flowers are. Even the best artist in the universe won’t be able to recreate their beauty, as nature has been doing since the beginning of time.

I honesty have no idea what this flower is. It was just found bloomed in our garden among the other flowers planted by my mom. Having not knowing the name of it, didn’t be a tiniest obstacle to appreciate this unique mixture of its "redness", "orangeness" and "yellowness".

These are some close up shots of a wild flower I picked up, on my way from the ward to the quarters. I had never thought that this flower I see daily had this much of beauty hidden in her.

In the last photo there is a tiny creature who's peeping at me , through the petals. I noticed him only through the lens and was never able to find him with the naked eye.

There's so much of life in these photos ,to me.
Just love them.

මේ චායාරුප සියල්ලම එකම මලක චායා රූප. වාට්ටුවේ ඉඳන් කාමරේට එන ගමන් කඩාගෙන ආව මලක්. හැමදාමත් උදේ හවස දකින මේ මල, මේ තරම් ලස්සනක් හංගගෙන ඉන්නව කියල ඒ මලවත් දැනගෙන ඉන්න නැතුව ඇති.

අන්තිම චායාරූපෙ ඉන්නෙ පුංචි සතෙක්. කැමරාව හරහා මිසක් පියවි ඇසට නොපෙනෙන සතෙක්.....

Nidikumba (Sleepy plant) is one of my favorite wild flowers.

It doesn’t have a charming fragrance, but its endearing appearance captivates my mind, especially when they are bloomed together. Especially in my childhood I used to play at nidikumba bushes watching them fall asleep even with a breeze. I have acquires hundreds of thorn pricks by doing, but I still love this flower.

With the macro lens, I could see this alluring flower in a different perspective.

Look closer and try to understand what it is made of.

නිදිකුම්බා...... පුංචි කාලෙ ඉඳන්ම මම ආස කැලෑ මලක්. කිසිම සුවඳක් නැති වුනත්, ඒ ලස්සන ලා රෝස පාට මලට තියෙන්නෙ අසම සම ලස්සනක්. විශේෂයෙන්ම මල් ගොන්නක් එකට පිපිලා තියන වෙලාවට....

පුංචි කාලෙ මගෙ කාලෙ නිදි කුම්බා ගොල්ලෙ වැඩියෙන් ගත වුණේ , ඒවාට හිමින් අතින් තට්‍ටුවක් දාලා නිදියන හැටි බලන්න. 

හීනි හුළඟකට වුණත් නින්දට වැටෙන මේ, නිදි කුම්බා දිහා වෙනස්ම විදියකට බලන්න macro කාචය මාව යොමු කළා...

හොඳින් බලන්න........ !

Here I am…. with another blog.  The whole idea behind this piece of work is, merely unleashing my obsession with macro and abstract photography.

Of course, I have lens twain, which I started with my friend Dynamic, to post my photos; but I decided to go for another blog only for macros.

In Sri Lanka, macro photography hasn’t been much popular. There were professional photographers who asked me” why macros? It won’t bring you anything”

That is true in their perspective, because macro photos have relatively a less popularity and an low economical value (unless you are very good at it)

Nevertheless, I’m not worried because I’m not going to earn anything out of my hobby, except happiness and satisfaction.

So, I believe I will enjoy this.

To begin with here are some photos.

They were some close ups of a flower. 

ඔන්න තවත් බ්ලොග් එකක් පටන් ගත්තා. මේ බ්ලොග් එකේ නම් එකම පරමාර්ථය තමයි macro and abstract photography ගැන මගෙ තියන "පිස්සුව" හොඳ කර ගැනීම.
මගෙ යාලුවා එක්ක පටන් ගත්ත Lens Twain එක තියනවා තමයි ෆොටෝස් වලට. ඒත් මේ බ්ලොග් එක macro වෙනුවෙන්ම හදන්න මම හිතුව.

ලංකාවෙ  macro photos ඒ තරම් ජනප්‍රිය අංගයක් නෙමේ. ඊට හේතුව ඒවා එතරම්ම ආර්ථික වටිනාකමක් නැති නිසා. ඇයි මැක්‍රො වලට මේ තරම් ආසා කියලා මගෙන් ඇහුව ඡායාරූප ශිල්පීනුත් හිටියා.

ඒත්, මගෙ විනෝදාංශයෙන් , සතුට ඇරෙන්නට කිසිවක් ඉපයීමේ පරමාර්ථයක් නැති නිසා, මේ පිළිබඳව මට තියෙන්නෙ ලොකු සතුටක් සහ උනන්දුවක්.

පළවෙනි පෝස්ට් එක විදියට , මලක ගත්තු ඡායාරූප කීපයක් පල කරන්නට හිතුණා.
